I didn't see anything posted about the women's game today at 2:30.  They are playing Missouri and should win.  Could be a good matchup tomorrow against the K-State/Iowa St. winner.

By the way, K-State's all Big-12 guard just hurt her knee.  Possibly serious.  While I feel for her, it could help the Aggies.

I've been curious about that as well.  Hope we come out with a good seed in the real tourney.

Ags 65 Missouri 39

I didn't get to see much of the game because I went to the baseball game this afternoon.  However, when a seven point halftime lead is turned into 26 point margin of victory things must have gone well in the second half.

As for tomorrow, thing could get tough.  Iowa St. has a well coached disciplined team that hits a lot of shots.  Not to mention they have been on fire since the start of the tournament.  The main thing working in favor of the Ags is their defense.  A&Ms biggest strength is defending the opposing teams perimeter players.  Iowa St. biggest strength is shooting three-pointers off dribble penetration.  Since our guards are quicker and more athletic, we should be able to neutralize their penetration.

If we play defense tomorrow, we will be talking about what the Aggies need to do to win the Big 12 Tournament come Saturday.
