I guess my favorite memories are his mistakes... flipping the ball into the end zone to a receiver after he'd already crossed the line of scrimmage.

How 'bout that pass against the Vikings that landed on the back of the receivers legs as he was lying on the ground, he never let it hit the ground and got back and scored while the Vike DB stood there looking?

Attacking ... I think it was a 49er defensive lineman who came after him after an interception.

even better guy.  I hate tom brady and his ego.  it's refreshing to see qbs like brett, peyton(the good one), and Romo(his interview after his 6 interception game was great).  These are how QBs should be, they may not be perfect all the time, but they're fun to watch and they're just fun people.  Brady is not a fun guy(from what I can tell).  He's the jackass jock.  Romo, brett, they're the fun jocks.  

I saw a show on brett and how he would cheat in his early days.  He wouldn't know the plays at the meetings, and he would have the other QBs tell him or answer for him.  He was always joking around.

My favorite memory of Favre was when slapped the ref on the ass this season. Second was an interview I saw that he gave during his rookie season with Atlanta about how he missed the team picture because he was too hungover. Third, the game he played after his father's death.

What I look forward to most: his comeback after Mini-camps, his winning Superbowl XLIII against Tom Brady, and his inevitable coming to be Mike Sherman's OC/Quarterbacks Coach.

My favorite Favre moment - all 9 times he came to Texas Stadium and LOST.  Especially last year when he couldn't even finish the game.  Good guy, good qb, but overrated.  He won one super bowl, same as trent dilfer, same as brad johnson.  His records are because of longetivity.  Can't wait for this espn lovefest to end so we can all move on.

J lou, you love the silver helmets of K State, but not the Cowboys?  Very weak.   You could say Favre's career went downhill after Something About Mary.  Once he got passed over for Best Supporting Actor, his interception numbers went up drastically.  Don't get me wrong, I respect the guy and he was good at what he did, but I will not miss him at all.  I'd put him, at best, a top 10 quarterback of all time but nothing higher.

I appreciate all of your opinions but Favre's legend goes way beyond football. My wife saw his Wrangler jeans ad and commented that he was a good looking man. I have switched to Wranglers and the results have been positive. I hope being a senior citizen does not DQ me and my opinion.I AM GOING TO HAVE TO GET PERMISSION TO WATCH THE BAYLOR COEDS
